GRANADA
Granada is a absolutely wonderful and romantic town, which
can easily be explored by foot. This town deserves at least
one day, if your stay is longer, better 2 days.
Wander about the
narrow alleyways of the old Moorish quarter of the
ALBAYÇIN, which lies on top of a hill opposite the Alhambra
and therefore enjoys breathtaking views across to the
famous Alhambra with the mighty Sierra Nevada as a
backdrop. From here stroll down into the city and to the
cathedral. On the way sip a cupper in one of the oriental
teahouses and absorb the Moorish flair of this beautiful
town.
This town with it´s
classy boutiques and wonderful little shops is surely
inviting you to do some shopping.
But the highlight
of it all is a visit of the famous ALHAMBRA, a real MUST,
even if your stay is short.
Nearly at all times
it is adviceable though to book tickets in advance to avoid
queueing. We can do that for you here, but maybe you´d even
better do it from home before leaving, to avoid
disappointment.
